Eden SkinStore Shipping & Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your order. We accept returned merchandise only if it remains unopened, unused, and with all security seals intact.
Easy Returns Process
To initiate a return, please reach out to our team at info@edenskinstore.com to obtain authorisation. Once you have received an authorisation email, follow these steps:
- Ensure your return is securely packaged. We recommend sturdy packaging to protect the item(s) during transit.
- Include a copy of your order number and return authorisation email inside the package.
- Ship the item to the address provided in your return authorisation.
Please retain any tracking details from your chosen courier for your records. Returns must be received within 7 days of issuing the return authorisation to qualify for a refund to your original payment method (excluding initial shipping charges). If your return falls outside of the 14-day period, store credit will be issued instead.
Note: Refunds may be withheld if items are returned without adequate packaging or without prior authorisation.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 7 days by emailing info@edenskinstore.com. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund upon return of the damaged item.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind and wish to return a product within the 14-day window, we will refund the purchase price, provided the item meets our return conditions.
Incorrect Product
In the rare case of receiving the wrong product, please email us within 5 days at info@edenskinstore.com. We will dispatch the correct product or offer a full refund upon receiving the incorrect items.
