  A lightweight hyaluronic acid and vitamin B5 serum that replenishes moisture, leaving dehydrated skin feeling supple and refreshed.
• Medik8 Crystal Retinal 3 | 4ml
  A night serum with 0.03% retinaldehyde that helps improve the appearance of fine lines, uneven texture and dullness.

Morning

1. Massage Total Moisture Daily Cleansing Gel over damp skin, then rinse thoroughly.
2. Apply Hydr8 B5 to the face and neck and allow to absorb.
3. Follow with Liquid Peptides Advanced MP.
4. Apply Advanced Pro-Collagen+ Peptide Cream.
5. Finish with sunscreen, sold separately.

Evening

1. Cleanse with Total Moisture Daily Cleansing Gel.
2. Apply Hydr8 B5 and allow to absorb.
3. On retinal evenings, apply a small amount of Crystal Retinal 3, avoiding the eye area.
4. Finish with Advanced Pro-Collagen+ Peptide Cream.

Introduce Crystal Retinal 3 gradually, starting twice a week and increasing use as your skin tolerates it. On evenings without retinal, use Liquid Peptides Advanced MP before your moisturiser. Patch test new products before first use.
