iS CLINICAL Hydra-Cool Serum is a lightweight, refreshing formula that delivers instant hydration and relief. It’s designed to calm sensitive, dehydrated or irritated skin. Hyaluronic acid draws moisture deep into the skin, helping to smooth and plump. Vitamin B5 supports repair, while Centella Asiatica offers antioxidant protection.

A touch of menthol creates a cooling sensation on contact. Mushroom extract helps even tone and strengthen the skin barrier. The serum absorbs quickly and layers easily under other products. Ideal for daily use on all skin types, including blemish-prone and post-procedure skin.
