1. Exfoliate before tanning, paying attention to dry areas such as elbows, knees and ankles. Ensure skin is clean and dry.
2. Shake the bottle before use.
3. Apply generously with a tanning mitt, using long, sweeping motions. Work through one section of the body at a time for even coverage.
4. Sweep any remaining product on the mitt lightly over hands, feet, elbows and knees.
5. Allow the formula to dry before dressing. Your tan develops gradually over 6–8 hours, with no need to rinse.
6. Moisturise regularly after your tan has developed to help maintain an even-looking glow.
