1. Exfoliate before tanning to create a smooth base. Moisturise dry areas, including elbows, knees, ankles and wrists.
2. Shake well before use.
3. Apply generously using a tanning mitt, blending over the body in long, sweeping motions. Work one section at a time for even coverage.
4. Lightly sweep the remaining product on the mitt over hands and feet. Gently buff with a body brush for a seamless finish.
5. Allow the formula to dry before dressing. Leave the colour to develop over 6–8 hours. No rinsing is required.
6. Moisturise daily and avoid harsh cleansers or physical exfoliants to help prolong your tan.

Carry out a patch test 24–48 hours before first use, particularly if you have sensitive skin, allergies or are prone to skin reactions.
