As a main cleanser (sensitised or dry, reactive skin):

• Apply to dry skin AM + PM.

As a pre-cleanse (non-sensitised skin, heavy makeup or tenacious SPF):

• Use the steps above, then follow with a ZO water-soluble cleanser such as Gentle Cleanser, Exfoliating Cleanser, or Hydrating Cleanser.
